IT security in the project business: experiences and challenges
The topic of IT security brings its own challenges in the project business. One example of this is the interaction of the components of an overall system, which varies from project to project. The security of the respective interfaces of the individual components, which are often developed by different companies, as well as that of the overall system as a whole must be considered. Another challenge is dealing with customers and raising awareness of the issue of IT security. Not everyone is aware of the associated requirements and efforts, and attempts are often made to circumvent them. The creation of documentation, especially in conjunction with several quality management systems (QMS), also poses particular challenges. In summary, it can be said that IT security in the project business always presents new and exciting challenges, which will be explained in this presentation on the basis of experience gained.   Sounds exciting?
